- Seminars : Arranging class room seminars for students by all subject teachers (at least 4 seminars annually)
- Conduct of Monthly Tests.
- Remedial class for SC, ST & OBC students.
- Feedback from students, alumni and parents.
- Career counselling is to be pressurized to provide healthy and genuine advice to the students for better employment, career building and higher studies.
- Parent – teacher meeting is to be organized for the development of the college.
- Publication of research articles in journals and undertaking both Minor and Major research projects of UGC and other Research organizations in large number.
- Implementation of online library and Accounts automation. For this, Librarian and Accountant must be trained in operating computer.
- Regular health check up of students and staff (BP, HEMOGLOBIN, JAUNDICE, MALERIA, HIV) to be organized in consultation with the Sub-Divisional Hospital, Awareness camps regarding AIDS, Blood Donation, Plantation and meetings to be organized through the differentUnits such as NSS, Youth Red Cross.
- To foster the spirit of patriotism by organizing National Programme .
- To cultivate the virtue of punctuality and avoid the error of ‘behind time’.
- To motivate students to inculcate didactic and human values.
- To emphasize on the qualitative and quantitative expansion of education.
