Equal opportunity should be provided to the minority groups in order to create a socially congenial atmosphere for academic interaction and for the growth of healthy inter personal relationship among the students. The disabled students need assistances which encourage them to study as well as acquire technical/professional training so as to enable them to earn a living and to become useful members of the society.
As our college is situated in remote area most of the students hail from rural area. Hence assistance should be given to them. Some students orthopedically handicapped with than 75% and coming from rural remote area. Hence financial assistance should be given to them too.
